Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a musical family. Her early years were shaped by Boleros, classical music and the more traditional romantic, ranchero and romance ballads. Ana loves Tangos. Additionally, she enjoys operas and any form theatrical performance. Ana began learning to sing and play music at an early age together with her mom. She received more formal training in singing when she reached the age of 16 old under the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio BECARRA. Her musical education continued through the School of Music of Guadalajara University, and then the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. In Guadalajara as well as Mexico City, she was part of a variety of chamber and opera choirs. After moving to America, United States, she performed as a member of the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. After 2002, she made her way to Southern California. She currently performs the traditional Latin American songs at private concerts as a singer. As a teacher and musician, she is committed to numerous community projects because of her passion and passion for music. Ana was also a member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana is hoping that, by sharing her knowledge her love of Latin American traditional songs, that she can instill a passion, particularly for the young generation in keeping the music alive.
